IP Man Tv Series (2013)
With the success of IP man movies comes a very enjoyable TV series the issue is when are the rest of the episodes coming? Amazon Prime has ‘Season 1’ episodes 1-10 available for streaming but the fact is there are 50 episodes in the series that have been out since 2013. So when are we getting the rest of them? You can already find them on YouTube and Good Drama but I would rather watch it with good audio and proper resolution and of course English subtitles.
I really enjoy this time period for Chinese Dramas. The costumes, sets, and locations are wonderful and the acting is good. The fight scenes are well choreographed, if a little flashy with all the camera angles.
Finding out anything about the series has been a bit difficult. Most of the actors do not show up on searches. As far as I can tell this is the only IP Man tv series to have been made so far.
Despite these issues I certainly would recommend the ‘First Season’ which is available on Amazon Prime and Blu-Ray.

Amazon Prime has added more episodes of the 2013 IP Man TV series. However instead of adding a season 2 and season 3 they have made them into stand alone series of one season and ten episodes.

I’m unsure in which order after IP Man 2013 to watch the rest of the series. I personally feel there was no reason to do this and it will only confuse people interested in the genre. I’m not sure why they couldn’t have just made them seasons 2-5.
